Count me out.　という表現です。

これは、「（自分は）外しておいてくれ」という意味で使います。

たとえば、

Why don’t you join us at today’s party?

「今日のパーティに参加しない？」

と誘われた際に、

I’m tied up with other business. Count me out.

「ほかの用事があるんだ。除外しておいて」

という具合に使います。
